Did you know that the earliest evidence of a similar method to reflexology as we know it today, dates back to 2500BC.

The Chinese have been using the application of pressure for over 5000 years. They used Acupressure using thumb pressure on acupoints to help release blocked energy and allow the body to heal itself.

Reflexology was brought to Britain in 1966 with a training school set up by Doreen Bayly.

Many people like Reflexology as it is a very relaxing and non-intrusive treatment.

You do not have to remove any clothing, apart from shoes and socks and the nature of the therapy allows the body to release tension and balance itself, making you feel better than you did before your treatment.

It is known to

Relieve stress & tension

Be relaxing

Improve blood circulation

Help eliminate waste

Relieve headache and backache

Regulate Hormone imbalance

Helps with digestive problems

Activates the body's healing ability

Balances through whole body
